To ensure smooth customs clearance of your goods, please upload accurate and valid materials based on the following categories:
1. Organization shipment: Documents such as invoices, contracts, packing lists, power of attorney forms, and descriptions of exceptional goods (stamped with the organization's seal).
2. Personal shipment: Shopping receipt or invoice along with a description of any exceptional goods.
3. Upload necessary certificates like ID cards, passports, and officer certifications in the designated "Personal ID" section. For other relevant materials such as invoices, contracts, packing lists, permits, and related documents, use the "Clearance Documents" section.
4. Keep images within 8 MB in size and ensure they are in either JPG or PNG format.
